Single-Bitt Keyblanks
All ROSS single-bitt keyblanks –
Will suit –
- All ROSS 6-Lever Safe Lock models; namely – 100, 102, 206, 212,406, 600 and 900 Series locks.
- All ROSS 8-Lever Safe Lock models; namely – 408 and 608 Series locks.
The keylength (BBB) –
- Is determined by the measurement of the distance Between-the-Bitt-and-Bow of the key.
- A KB/R30 keyblank is a single-bitt keyblank that measures 30mm
Options include –
- For 6-Lever keyblanks, R30, R40, R50, R75, R85, R100, R130, R150 and R180 are available.
- For 8-Lever keyblanks, A50, A85, A100, A130, A150 and A180 are available.
All these keys are steel based keys.
KB/R40 – 40mm BBB (6-Lever) Keyblank
Double-Bitt Keyblanks
All ROSS double-bitt keyblanks –
Will suit –
- All 700-Series safe lock models.
The keylength (BBB) –
- Is again determined by the measurement of the distance Between-the-Bitt-and-Bow of the key.
- A KB/RDB65 keyblank is a double-bitt keyblank that measures 65mm between-the-bitt-bow of the key.
Options include –
- For (standard) 700-Series 9-Lever safe locks, RDB35, RDB65, RDB130 keyblanks are available with a 3/16” shaft..
- For (extended) length 700-Series 9-Lever safe locks, RDB85, RDB110, RDB150 and RDB180 keyblanks are available with a 1/4” shaft.
All these keys are brass based keys.
